The Mechan COBLATOR Surgery System is designed for ablation, resection, and coagulation of soft tissue and hemostasis of blood vessels in Orthopedics surgery. Using patented COBLATION technology, the system dissolves tissue at the molecular level in a highly-controlled manner with minimal thermal effect on surrounding tissue. In addition to a wide selection of Plasma Wands designed for specific ENT surgical applications, the complete system is composed of a Mechan COBLATOR Generator, a flow control valve unit and cable, a foot control unit, a hospital-grade power cord, and the PLA 306 probe. If you already have Mechan COBLATOR Generator you can just buy the PLA 306 probe.

Widely used for knee, shoulder, hip, wrist, ankle and elbow joints. Resection, lysis, plasty, debridement and ablation can be applied on meniscus, soft tissue, ligament, synovial membrane, tendon glenoid labrum, etc. For example, complete or partial resection of meniscus, meniscus finishing and repairing, ligament release or tightening, pathological synovial removal, intra-articular residue clearance, agedness osteoarthritis treatment, wound restoring, bone infection treatment, etc.
